Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales by Date's Juice Corporate, 34 avenue des Champs Élysées, 75008 Paris, of sugar alternatives and sugars.

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

If you are ordering from a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of the company.

Date's Juice Corporate. These costs will be your responsibility, including all declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities.

All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

Date's Juice Corporate reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Date's Juice Corporate until full payment of the price.

Warning: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Date's Juice Corporate reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of supply problems, or in the event of difficulties concerning the order received.

Article 4 - Order Confirmation

Any order placed on the sucrenaissance.com website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation constitutes your full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of this.

Order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

A summary of your order information and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address used to confirm your order.

Article 5 - Payment

By confirming your order, you agree to pay the indicated price.

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through the secure Stripe system.

Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped. In the case of partial deliveries, you will only be charged for the items that have been shipped.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). You are responsible for the condition of the returned items. Any damage to the product during return shipping may invalidate your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Date's Juice Corporate will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the control of the professional and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the professional.
  • The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
  • The provision of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
  • Transactions concluded during a public auction.
  • The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer’s express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Article 7 - Availability

Our products are offered while supplies last and as long as they are visible on the website www.sucrenaissance.com. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no payment will be taken.

Furthermore, the website www.sucrenaissance.com is not intended for selling its products in large quantities. Therefore, Date's Juice Corporate reserves the right to refuse orders of 100 identical items.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery timeframe that was indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed with a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.

In the case of deliveries by a carrier, Dates Juice Corporate cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due exclusively to the customer's unavailability after several appointment proposals.

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of a product's non-conformity, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail and email within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the amount charged, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof of payment.

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal as provided for in Article 6.

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Date's Juice Corporate cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the import or use of the products or services you intend to order.

Furthermore, Date's Juice Corporate cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Finally, Date's Juice Corporate cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Applicable Law in Case of Disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.sucrenaissance.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Date's Juice Corporate. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Date's Juice Corporate.

Date's Juice Corporate reserves the right to collect personally identifiable information and personal data about you. This information is necessary for processing your order and for improving the services and information we provide to you.

Dates' Juice Corporate will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
