Organic Panela

Organic Panela is a very interesting sugar for baking and cooking because it is a whole, unrefined cane sugar. This means that the sugarcane juice has simply undergone evaporation, and then the sugar is harvested. It is therefore the purest form of cane sugar. In terms of aroma, it offers a delightful caramel flavor, a smooth texture, and a sweetness that is not overpowering or overpowering other ingredients. Furthermore, because it is unrefined, it retains all the antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals present in the plant.
